The following is the list of acceptable documents in addition to your driver's license:

Social Security card
Copy of Birth Certificate
U.S. Passport
U.S. Citizen ID Card
ID Card for use of Resident Citizen in the U.S.
Certificate of U.S. Citizenship
Unexpired foreign passport

I will accept a faxed copy of your Social Security card if you can get that. If you have any other questions please let me know.
